  Bought a phone on a contract made me wait 4 days for a phone that never came and cancelled my contract for no valid reason and locked my tesco mobile account

  Really disappointed. Extremely unhelpful when grandparents came in asking for help with a change over in Tesco Mobile’s 3G service. Staff member didn’t once get off their chair while they were asking for assistance with a couple of different things in the shop. The customer service in this place needs work, especially since they realistically must get only a handful of customers per day, they’re not exactly rushed off their feet. This Tesco Mobile store located inside Tesco Yiewsley has just lost two very long term customers. Avoid.

  Absloutley terrible service. The staff sit there doing nothing all day then we come in to get advice in new phones and the member of staff Sat down pointing across the shop to phones and not explaining anything while scrolling on his phone. We will be taking our business elsewhere. If I was the manager of this place I would re train all my staff some customer service skills.
