The customer service was very friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly during the initial process. However, I found that the actual repair took an unusually long time. Including shipping to the repair center and back, I waited a total of 25 days for my controllers to be returned. When I reached out to the repair center via email, I received generic copy-and-paste responses, which was quite frustrating. Considering the lengthy turnaround time, I will think twice before sending my equipment for repair at this service in the future. That said, I have no complaints about the store's customer service itself; they were great.
