  Can’t fault the place the person that served me explained about the 5 year warranty and helped me get the Apple Watch that I wanted. Was also kind to clean the item for me before the purchase to help me make my decision. Thanks

  Warranty just does not exist. They say "5 year warranty for defects" and "rest easy, dont worry just bring it back if there are any issues at all". I had a mouse with a button that kept getting stuck and i took it back to them and i even bought a duplicate because the mouse was good but unfortunately this one just had a damaged front mouse button that kept sticking Bear in mind the mouse is fully working but the button just keeps getting stuck. they tell me there is nothing wrong with the mouse and gave it back to me. I wouldnt have bought another mouse from another place as a replacement if the one i currently had wasn't broken ( i bought another one immediately as this mouse is hard to find and so i thought to return the faulty one ) I take no pleasure in writing bad reviews and i dont write bad review to make people look bad, or make fake reviews but these people dont honour warranties and lie about it. So please do be aware of the "5 year warranty" if you do buy anything from here
