- CBcharlie bitmyfingerMar 13, 20261.0pathetic customer service avoid this company like the plague i ordered a phone 2 weeks ago and said it would be delivered next day my direct debit was set up after phoning customer service at least 10 times they hung the phone on me 3 times the rest of the types kept fobbing me off telling me cancel and re order which i told them is not possible because of credit rating emailed head office emailed customer service not response for littery 10 days(emailed 4 times) i have asked for a deadlock reference number as this is totally unacceptable my advice to all of you avoid TESCO MOBILE AT ALL COST
- A2Anam 2022Aug 13, 20242.02 girls, poor communication, seemingly polite however very unprofessional and poorly trained. Faffed around with the equipment for 15 minutes. Then walked off to see a manager, without communication. Only one computer working and that was busy and the other wasn’t functioning. The two girls went on lunch together and closed the mobile area completely. Poor management I say!
