  "This is the worst shop and the most dishonest shopkeeper. He was extremely disrespectful. My phone was broken, and I waited three weeks while he kept lying to me continuously. It became clear that he had no real knowledge or skill in repairing phones—he was completely inexperienced. I went through a lot of stress during that waiting period, but he showed no concern at all. Therefore, I strongly advise everyone not to visit this shop under any circumstances, as it is not trustworthy. I leave my complaint to God."

  This was my first visit to CEX Enfield. I was on an errand from my husband. The staff were amazing. The person who served me was very knowledgeable and very patient! Unfortunately I had to return the item as it was no longer required and another charming staff member assisted me with that. Customer service at this shop is outstanding. Thank you.

  Staff was reluctant to help me. And I was made to feel, as if it was a stolen phone. Store assistant refused to purchase the phone and I was told, he can't warranty a phone in this condition (Which I 1 hour later, sold to cex in Edmonton green, for the same money, in any one of your sites). This was my first and last time to the Enfield town site, because of the attitude of staff. I was not impressed. I won't be visiting the shop again. I would have kept the previous phone, but had a G56 upgrade, hence the sale. Staff at Edmonton Green, are seem less, and phone was brought on site. Buying second hand phones from customers, are probably old devices, and Cex in Enfield, should not always expect brand new phones.

  I received great service here, the staff were friendly and the manager in particular very helpful in helping me to set up my new phone which was very much appreciated.

  Was selling my PS4 and was told in store that controller was faulty due to R3 button not rotating like a dial! This is not a function of the R3 button which rotates in all directions and is a clickable button built into the stick. It is not meant to rotate independently like a dial as if I’m running the radio! The guy probably thought I was selling the console for someone else and wasn’t a gamer myself to know this, or he didn’t know what he was talking about (unlikely in that job), or he was trying to create a fault to reduce the payout (he said this “fault” will reduce the price by £45)! Took it to a different CeX branch and received full value (£79) as expected and indicated via the website. Disappointing service.
