  Disappointed. If you sell something to them, will give you 80% of the original price for your device. If your device it's worth 100, they give you just 20. I'm not going to sell to them anymore

  I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff were extremely rude and seemed more interested in talking among themselves than helping customers. I brought in a desktop PC, and instead of assisting, I was told to “find the specs” for them. When I brought a monitor, I was told they needed a cable from me just to take it. There was no effort to provide proper service or even basic courtesy. The attitude was careless and unprofessional, and I’ve never experienced service this poor anywhere in London. I’ve decided to sell my items in Wembley instead. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. I don’t even think any one will care about this review

  Staff is very good but management-1. The manager is robber ! He said about my laptop charger is not good ! And for this they ll pay -100£ I said okey ! But give me my old charger if it’s not good . He said no he ll keep this also!

  CEX sold me a counterfeit game. When i tried to return it they emailed me to say "the item received is not the same as the one originally dispatched for this order. Unfortunately, in this case, we are unable to proceed further with the return." So theyre essentially calling me a liar and a fraudster. Im now £100 out of pocket, they havent sent me any games or anything back either. Really really disappointed, ive been going to CEX for about 11-12 years but im completely done with them after this.
