  What a refreshing change to find a company which is competent and keeps to agreed timetables. I had work completed to a high standard and customer service was excellent. I would use them again.

  DISGRACEFULL SERVICE , dropped an Iphone 6s off with a broken screen , agreed a price , after four days the phone finally turns up i only found out because i telephoned the shop , they hadnt the decency to even let me know ! the guy in the shop tells me the price had gone up thats how it is , now the battery in the phone wont hold its charge , the battery has obviously been swapped , AVOID THIS SHOP , THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE ABISSMAL SERVICE ........... if i could rate it minus 5 i would !

  Our house alarm was faulty. I rang PTC Security and one of their engineers Derek came out the same afternoon. Derek is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work and he soon worked out the faults with our alarm system. Thank you for the great service Derek and PTC Security.
