  Graham and Sean have done an amazing job refurbishing our Victorian house - including a new roof, rebuilt/repointed walls and an extension. They have just finished an extension at our son's house. Again, very pleasant and helpful to deal with and great attention to detail. Delighted customers.

  Both Graham and Sean from start to finish were exceptional. From advising on what materials to use to guiding us on how best to overcome unforeseen challenges. They became much more than simply builders of our new home, they became trusted friends who I would happily recommend to anybody who needed building work undertaken. Choose them for your next project, you will not regret it.

  Porters always provide high quality workmanship using the best materials. Prices are sensible for work of this standard. It’s also very reassuring when builders keep customers informed about job progress and the problems which inevitably arise. Two excellent jobs so far and another one in the pipeline. I’ll not be looking elsewhere.

  Porter construction are without doubt the most skilled at their work. They are perfectionists and I would have no one else doing any work on our property. They came and redone shoddy work done by a previous workman on our chimney in June 2024 and we used them again to prepare and lay a patio and build our log cabin on in July 2024. They are booked into do a complete refit or our bathroom this spring and then replace our existing driveway later this summer If you want a team where only perfection is good enough these are your guys!!

  Porters construction were recommended to us by our friends who had had work done on their roof. They couldn’t fault them and said they were really reliable. We contacted Porters to get a quote for a new roof for our elderly father. Their quote was very reasonable. they brought round samples of tiles and quotes so we could make an informed decision. Porters also provided a professional option based on their recommendations from what their drone assessment had shown. This was to go for the cheaper option with the larger tiles as they find they are more robust and better for houses that are near to the seafront as they are better against the sea high winds and salt air. They completed a week later then the timeframe they recommended but this was only due to high winds and rain, so this is for their safety. Sean and Graham communicated well throughout and there work is so good and the finish really high. They are really clean and tidy ensuring to clean and tidy anything at the end of everyday. I would seriously recommend them as it’s hard to find people you know you can trust. Thank you Sean, Graham and Team.
