  Great customer service by Ahmed. It was brilliant experience he helped us in trade in as well and setting up new phone and transferring old data in new one.

  Staff member directed me to the right location straight away. Spoke with Shruti who was knowledgeable and warm, a pleasure. Left with exactly what I needed and more. Thank you! (The Zara store opposite could do with learning from the customer service on display here as it’s abysmal over there…)

  Parked in Liverpool one walked 3 minutes to the store and stood by the watches ready to purchase. Patiently waiting for a member of staff to finish with a customer. Stood for an hour and ten minutes till one of the 16 members of staff said are you being sorted. Obvious reply no I’ve stood here for a long time in the same place waiting in a very polite manner. Informed we have a queue system, maybe get a.big sign at the front door or a couple of staff booking people in to the queue or train staff members to observe people waiting and refer them to book into the queue, not rocket science really

  This place is immaculate. Throw a sofa in and you'd think you were on Grand Designs. Anyway... never had a problem here; whenever I've been in to drastically reduce my bank account, the people there have been very good, friendly and helpful. Treated myself to a watch recently; the young lad who dealt with me approached me without being pushy - I think he could see I was there with 'intent'. He sorted me out with the watch, strap and even AppleCare - I thought that was necessary with something as vulnerable as a watch on your wrist. I knew what I wanted and he made no attempt to tell me otherwise. Very polite, friendly and helpful. You always end-up chatting with them about various things... I'm more than happy to visit again... once I've sold a couple of kidneys and all the Apple things I've previously bought. :)
