  Fantastic service here, couldn't be happier with the repair on my late fathers gold ring, ring came out like new, and a very reasonable price.

  After Stuart sourced and adjusted my wedding band to compliment my engagement ring, I returned to the shop to get a ring resized. The service and advice l received was second to none. All the staff were warm, friendly and knowledgable. I am delighted with the service received and look forward to visiting the shop again soon. Lots of gorgeous pieces to suit every budget.

  At first I had a great experience with Robert Adairs, I bought my wedding band there and got it sized down to suit me. They had offered at the time to resize my engagement ring for me as well but I wanted to wait. Seeing as my wedding band was done in no time and was perfect, I decided to give them my engagement ring to resize as well as my partners wedding band. They had the ring for 8 weeks and I had to collect it without having been touched. The workshop had realised they couldn't resize it without the possibility of damaging it, which is fine. The problem was I initially was told it would be 2 weeks. I left it 5 weeks before contacting them again thinking they were probably busy. At 5 weeks we were told that my partners ring was done and back in the store and that mine would be finished by the end of the week. Again I waited and because of Easter gave some extra time. I phoned at 8 weeks to be told it wasn't there and they had to contact the workshop. The workshop were supposed to contact either the store or myself to inform of the problem with resizing the ring but instead they kept it and didn't contact anyone. I gave them the benefit of the doubt a number times only to be lied to on the phone during the first call and find out 3 weeks later that they hadn't done a thing, but left me with no ring for 8 weeks. When collecting the rings we were told they were probably busy with Easter. The ring was left in on the 26th of February, long before Easter. Won't be using them again.

  No good jewlers put a cheap battery in my Armani watch that leaked after 1 year and ruined my watch.The watch repairer offered to replace the inner parts for half the price cost new.I wouldn't recommend them.
