  A shocking experience similar to those already reported - is it really that hard to give customer service? - a liar through and through with multiple excuses all the time - I think he should be reported to trading standards. I’m still waiting a year and a half later for my gates to be properly installed and for the intercom to be fixed so it would be at the least fit for purpose. I would never never recommend Andrew to anyone - run a mile if considering buying any product from him or you will only be stressed and angry with the job - what a shame we still have people like him taking our money and not completing the work - shame on you Andrew you should not be taking on any new work until you finish the work you already have been paid for - a joke

  He doesn’t deserve one star. We had similar diabolical situation. Problems from day one of the installation not to mention making the gates the wrong size. Should have known from then but he was paid in full. He forgot to mention the guts of 100 pound left for the praetorian guard system which he hounded me for considering all his mistakes. Gates made the wrong size then had to come back- The praetorian guard wasn’t installed properly -( I believe he actually hacked into the system too to get us out of it- had to hire another company to fix it - for them to tell me it wasn’t connected properly and exposed at the back) I made him and his colleague dinner as I felt bad for his mistakes and coming back late to fix the gate. This was all on the installing of them. Since found out the electrical work was faulty- the wrong lines installed. Hangers were in correct too- To which horror happened the gate came off the hanger- leaving me unable to get out. He told me for a few months he would come and repair them and he never did- they were left unsafe and I have children. It was horrendous. I was at his mercy as I didn’t know who else could fix them. . I since had to seek out another company to come and assess the situation. The They told me nothing had been done correctly. The most defective gate installation they had ever seen. Poor drainage at the motors too and I had to replace both. I could go on. It has taken over my life the stress of this. He even cursed at me on the phone when I told him what the problem was. I gave him many days to come an rectify the situation. It cost me £2900 to get them fixed. We were left in a desperate situation where we couldn’t get out. Never in all the years have the other gate company seen such terrible work and told me they have had to repair so many of his bad jobs. DO NOT GO NEAR this man.

  Most unprofessional job Ive ever seen. An electric gate that I was quoted 1.5 days to complete. Confirmed order July2023, took from August to October to fit the gate, came every few weeks done small bits at a time leaving my driveway unusable and dangerous!! Constant excuses for no shows!! The gate post was not painted as described at quote. He had to borrow tools from my tradesmen on site as never arrived with what he needed. Left a mess with concrete damaging my hedge, no safety sensors were connected. He used my materials from driveway instead of providing these as described in quote. He confirmed after I challenged the questions he was asking my electrician; that he is not qualified to work with electrics or certify the gates!!!! The gate has never worked! I continually followed up Oct - Dec to get him to come back and fix it! He sent a message after any missed calls from me to say he will be there at a day and time but never showed up. He sent inappropriate/sleazy messages in early hours of morning to my phone on a number of occasions. Complete creep and conman!! Stay clear!!!! I paid £5k for a gate that was never finished and does not work. I have had to get another company to repair and Ive been advised the motor installed is not powerful enough for weight of gate so would never work!! This guy should be struck off from trading and conning people out of money!!!

  Great experience start to finish. The fence was exactly to spec and delivered when promised. Looks great, very happy.
