  We had a fantastic experience with Alfie and his team from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and reliable throughout the whole job. They arrived on time, kept everything clean and tidy, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of their work was excellent, and it's obvious they take real pride in what they do. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made the whole process completely stress-free.   I had alfie and his crew out few times to do a new toilet very happy with service thay give and no rush job alfie spoke to me about what he was going to do and was understanding and what's recommend go out thay way to help my boilers next for them to do very happy and if there's anything else il be calling them

  We woke up on a Sunday to a leaky toilet!! Hi-Heat came out to us through our home insurance policy, they were quick, tidy and fixed our leaky toilet in no time. I will use them in the future without a doubt. Alfie who came out to do our repair was polite and it was even his birthday. Thanks Hi-Heat.

  I’ve had Hi-Heat come out to my property on emergency call outs for leaks and boiler issues. Every visit they have given an excellent service, and are always willing to help more where they can. The team are always very accommodating when I’ve needed them to come between a certain time frame, outstanding customer service! I can’t thank the team enough for all the help and the services they have provided. I would highly recommend these guys!
