  Brightside were called out to my 92 year other Mum's, as she had a hot water leak under her Emergency Home Cover. They came out the same day and isolated the leak. Gary then called the following morning to check how things were going with the insurance company explaining what my next steps should be, he went above and beyond giving advice on which was the best way forward to get Mum's hot water and central heating back working. We called Gary on another minor problem which he helped resolve very quickly. Cannot thank them enough making a very stressful time with the insurance company so much easier.

  Albeit booking a standard boiler service from speaking to the people in the office to the engineer best service I've ever received. Looking to ditch current annual service with insurance co and move to brightside heating. Cannot recommend them high enough

  Gary and Mark from Brightside were amazing at fixing our heating system and relentless in getting the bottom of the problem and ensuring we were back up and running as soon as possible - they really went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

  We used their services through our insurance company. The engineer could have easily fixed the issue but didn't choose to. We got 2 more engineers at an extra cost and they were surprised that the boiler could have been working with a 5 minute fix but the engineer from bright side either didn't have the knowledge or chose not to. Not recommended at all
