    I had a fantastic experience at the Three store in the Pentagon Shopping Centre. I was greeted by David, and although I let him know right away that I didn't have my photo ID with me (so I couldn't actually process anything today), he still gave me his undivided time and attention. I was curious about upgrading halfway through my contract, and David was incredibly patient. He took the time to advise me on the most cost-effective way to get the phone I wanted, rather than just rushing me out the door. It’s rare to find such genuine care and expert advice in retail. A wonderful member of staff and a huge asset to the team.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would. Disgustingly rude staff who lied blatantly to my face about the plan I was purchasing. The device didn't work and when I went back to tell them the problem they said they couldn't help me whatsoever and I need to contact customer service. Upon contacting customer service the online staff was also *surprise surprise* RUDE and disrespectful. But I guess that's just a trait of the company employees whether they are working in store or customer service. I'm gonna write in detail about what happened as everyone deserves to see if they are going to spend even a single pound at Three cause I wouldn't pick this company again even if its the last one left with access to internet in the world. During my interaction with the Chatham branch where I purchased it the employee was super helpful and friendly right until I purchased it and kept insisting to change my current lebara sim to three as well which I thankfully did not. When the device didn’t work and I went back to the store, the same employee acted as if he didn’t even know me and refused to even look at me. Another employee came to help and when I told her the issue, she told me she can’t do anything from the store and I need to call customer service and gave me their phone number. I made subsequent calls to customer service which didn’t go through as I couldn’t input my Three mobile number which I didn’t know where to find as I'm a lebara user and not a Three mobile user, only purchased mobile broadband. As a result the call didn’t move forward. I had to take a day off from my full time job to be within working hours of Three to be able to LIVE CHAT with customer service about my issues because I’ve been constantly charged for a device which is not working since the day I have purchased it. As customer service and employees are of no help, I had to cancel my direct debit to stop paying for your faulty device which you refuse to help me out with. After which, today on my day off after contacting Three on LIVE CHAT instead of a phone call, I was asked to pay £504.01 as a termination fee if I wish to cancel before my contract period (which I was not informed about during purchase) because of YOUR faulty device. Another option would be to continue paying my hard earned money for your faulty device until my contract ends in 2026 which I refuse to pay. After refusing to pay termination fees and being on LIVE CHAT with 3 different employees for around 2+ hours, I was told they could make a "special exception" and cancel my account as long as the device is returned and not damaged. With understandable frustration over this resolution of going through the hassle of now returning the device until it can be cancelled I was typing if i have to go to store again and the staff will yet again decline to help me and I have to start a new chat and have this whole 2+ hour conversation again trying explain the matter yet again the employee on live chat named Prashanth sent a message saying that he can send a pre paid bag for me to send it in. These both messages were sent at the same time and before I could read it, the rude employee, Prashanth, said "Nidhi with due respect are you reading my messages?" which is absolutely outrageous. The audacity Three staff members have is beyond measure. If your customer service cannot handle a distressed customer they shouldn't be in a customer service role and certainly should not be put up to chat with customers with no will to help but only to take money from me one message at a time. I was utterly humiliated and disrespected by your staff when the device at fault is yours. Here's proof of the LIVE CHAT for everyone to see that Three is truly a disgusting company and needs to be cancelled for being an absolute scam. Oh and also of them telling me they see "high usage" on my account when its been dead since I bought it cause IT NEVER WORKED.

    I been in Three store one afternoon and i asked if they have samsung ear buds? "Im confuse if they are selling duplicate things too!" as i was told they have only original ones Which is quite expensive. I was not expecting that aproach initially from a sales representative from Three.
