Employees are incompetent, not aware of special deals or offers, very slow and sort of extremely bored with the job. I spent almost 3 hours and still got the wrong contract - not the one I specifically asked for. Be very careful as they will only ask you for signature without presenting the contract form filled. Expect to spent another 1-2 hours over the phone in order to sort it out.
