  Ordered online the three broadband, it never came and went back to store then only just realised a few months down line they have been taking money for the broadband ive never received... what a joke and it does state that it would automatically be cancelled if it came back to the store ... mmmmm ok

  I had Three broadband for a short period, at which I made switch over to Sky and got given a £350 cancellation fee. So I paid 200 of that and planned to pay the remainder the following month as thats a large amount to pay all at once. I immediately recieved threats from them to take me to a debt collector. I was upset by this happening so quickly ESPECIALLY after such a large payment, so I called them and I was hung up on twice, the second call I recorded when the rep wouldnt answer me. I called back several times after this and could not get through.. I then proceeded to message them from their site to inform them of my complaint and let them know I will pay the rest the following month so I can recieve my switching credit. I never recieved any response and then a week or two later I was contacted by the debt collectors. This is my second bad experience with Three in a decade and I was stupid to think they were more professional than before. I will NEVER use their service again or recommend it to anyone. Their calling number automation is not even built for people who dont have a three phone number and its hell to reach them, bad customer service and ZERO communication. Dont risk your credit file for cheap prices, they are wack and greedy.

  Absolutely unpleasant,unprofessional staff,rolling their eyes and making moody facial expressions. Even putting all this on a side if you come to ask for a help you won't get it as they say don't know call online support .

  Came in here for assistance with my Three Home Broadband and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Ellen. Such a personable and professional person, she was swift and a great communicator in helping me with my contract. She has an incredibly bright future ahead of her no doubt and I think Three are very lucky to have her !

  Warning! Severe store mis-selling and terrible customer service! A year ago, I purchased a mobile account from Three, but I became a victim of their mis-selling techniques. I was paying £5 each month for a second SIM I didn't even know I owned. Due to severe internet issues, I eventually switched to a different company. After I cancelled my Direct Debit, they passed a fake overdue bill to a debt collection agency called CARS! Only then did I realize I had been overcharged for a ghost account for months. Additionally, When I visited the store to get help prior to my contract withdrawal , the staff literally mocked me and treated my situation like a joke. Check your bills and your first contract carefully. Think twice before stepping into this store!
