  Fantastic Customer Service a second time here from NICHOLA in helping me sort a Sim only phone package for my 88yr old Mothers DORO Phone I purchased from her a few months ago & now moving it from a PAYG to a Tesco Essentials package. Such a warm & friendly Assistant who goes above and beyond explaining things. Thank you again NICHOLA

  I have had terrible dealings with Tesco Mobile Customer care from December 2024 to date. The latest left me being advised to do a factory reset, which entailed receiving a one time code. As this was the very problem, I didn't get a code and was left with no phone. Shambolic would be too kind. I opted to get a new phone and went to the Prestwich branch and was dealt with by "Solly". He was everything that the rest were not. Professional, helpful, friendly, with a good manner. Helped me chose a phone and package which suited me. Whilst he mentioned many extras, he did not pressure me into opting for any. I am not easily impressed, but I was on this occasion. An excellent ambassador for the Tesco Mobile brand.

  Went into the tesco store yesterday afternoon. A young girl called Holly is rudest and most unhelpful human being i have ever met in my life. Absolutely disgusted by how I was spoken to. Zero manners.
