    I took my Mum into Baguley Tesco mobile shop. She was having problems with her new phone ( or thought she was as she is partially sighted) We were seen by member of staff Daniel, who I honestly can't praise enough. He spent the time patiently explaining to my Mum what was going wrong, and reassured her by showing her that everything had been tested and was working . My Mum hadn't realised that she was pressing the wrong buttons, but again Daniel was absolutely amazing talking her through how to use her new phone. She was so impressed that she left a message for the store manager! She came away feeling more confident in trying to use her new phone, and we would both like to say a HUGE thank you to Daniel for all his help and advice, and we would 100% recommend, thank you!!

    The staff are absolutely amazing can't do enough to help you. In next to no time unlocked my phone this morning & gave me some great advice. Will always buy my phones from Tescos with this level of support. Highly Recommended 👍
