  In my opinion if you're looking for excellent care you've found the right place with JK Staffing. Having initially provided covering care for my then 97 year old mum I turned to them again when she needed extra care in the evenings and weekends (daytime care already being covered) This care was supplied lovingly and consistently, daily, for the last three years until mum's sad passing at 100 years old. Mum had the same carers all this time which I feel was so important, they had a relationship with her. Mavis was always available to discuss mum's changing needs but would also contact me to ensure everything was fine. She is a wonderful caring person and with her team ensured that mum could stay in her home, for that I am so grateful.

  I had an arrangement for domiciliary care with another agency before my cosmetic surgery. They flipped in the end moment (3 days before surgery), but thanks to Steve, who picked up my call after working hours, I could quickly book domiciliary care with JK staffing ltd. I needed the care because no one was available to take care of me post-surgery. I booked the care for six days, and Mavis was a ray of sunshine every day. From accompanying me from the hospital post-surgery to home until I had my first post-op appointment with the hospital nurse, she helped me with sponge wash, walking daily, help with groceries and laundry. She uplights the whole care experience from seemingly mechanical to giving it a human touch. Human touch was essential because I flew from a completely different country to the UK for my surgery and was completely alone after it. In a nutshell, I highly recommend JK staffing ltd for your care needs.
