  My mother had bought a very expensive 3 peice suite from a reputable shop. But after a few weeks lots of defects were noticed so I contacted the manufacturer for a refund but was getting nowhere. Then I got in touch with Simon at Diamonds Restoration he visited my Mother's house did a thorough examination of the defects then sent me a detailed report which i sent to the manufacturer and within about six weeks my mother was issued a full refund. I think if I'd not got in touch with Simon she'd have been stuck with a badly defective suite and been nearly £10000 poorer. I can't thank Simon enough and would recommend Diamond Restorations 100% 👌

  Purchased suite and had major issues within the first year, had many arguments with suppliers with no satisfactory response. Diamonds restoration gave an independent report on the suite and from then on everything changed. Suppliers have accepted liability and we are now awaiting a full refund. All thanks to this company, can't thank them enough
