  We are incredibly grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by Lloyd from Chara Production Limited during a very difficult time for our family. Filming a funeral service and burial requires sensitivity and discretion, and he handled every moment with the utmost respect. The video was beautifully captured and edited, allowing us to remember and reflect on the service at the church and cemetery in a meaningful way. He managed to document the day without ever feeling intrusive, which was deeply appreciated by everyone present. His calm presence, attention to detail, and genuine understanding of the significance of the occasion made a challenging day that little bit easier for us. The final video is something our family will truly treasure.   We cannot thank Lloyd enough for all his support, care and warmth in helping us capture a truly difficult day in our lives that being the funeral of our precious baby girl. Throughout such a difficult time Lloyd was amazing and so kind and his videography has allowed us to fully appreciate the day itself. The day was captured so well and how Lloyd put together so many pictures, moments and songs, has enabled us to take so much comfort from such a sad time. The video was so well edited it plays back so smoothly and perfect and we are so grateful as a family for everything he has done. Thank you so much Lloyd for all for kindness and allowing us the opportunity to remember our beautiful girls service, love Stuart, Roxanne, Brenda and Dennis xxxx

  This company, Chara Production is without a doubt wonderful at bringing an experience to those folks who are unable for legitimate reasons to attend any event in person. Congrats Chara.

  What an amazing service I did receive and they sure did deliver what they said they would. My family in Jamaica, New York, London, Canada said they felt that was there at the actual service and that says it all, thank you very much
