  I visited the Apple Store at the Trafford Centre with my friends to pre-order the iPhone 18 Pro Max, and Hannah looked after us. She was friendly, patient and very helpful from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made the whole process quick and easy. It's rare to get service this good, and she made our visit a really nice experience. Thank you, Hannah. I'd definitely recommend asking for her!

  Went into the Trafford centre branch today to see if they would have a look at my cracked screen on my phone, I take accountability for being late to my appointment due to having to travel to the airport from Cumbria must I add to drop my bags off to going all the way through to the centre. But the staff in the Trafford centre branch and their attitudes are absolutely appalling, kept walking past when you’re needing help, finally found the Genius Bar, the first person I spoke to was absolutely lovely, but the colleague she handed me over to has no customer service skills at all (wore a beanie) tried to explain why I was late but was rude about it, I get that there wasn’t anything he could do due to being late, but there is a way to speak to people, and being rude to a customer who wanted help and is quite understanding isn’t the nicest experience, I was even willing to purchase a new phone for the time being whilst on holiday and leaving my damaged phone with them to fix until I flew back, but now I will be putting a complaint in, customer service is absolutely appalling

  Really poor customer service. Macbook air m5 and iPhone 17 purchased. I'm first time Mac user. Before and during purchase I enquired extensively about support and was given all sorts of assurances given that I'd be able to have help setting up my items and bringing data from my Android devices, including buying apple care to support this. Now I come to ask for the help, there is none. I'm really disappointed. About to call Apple with view to sending both items back.

  My experience at the Apple Store in the Trafford Centre was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend visiting this store based on my experience. From the moment I entered the store, I was passed from one sales assistant to another without anyone taking proper responsibility for helping me. When I asked to have a screen protector fitted, I was directed to another member of staff and told to wait for him. I ended up waiting for over 30 minutes while he was assisting another customer, with nobody checking on me or offering any alternative. When I went back to ask whether anyone else could fit the screen protector, I was told that he was responsible for accessories and that nobody else was available, despite seeing other staff members who appeared to be free. Eventually, when I approached the person I had been told to wait for, explained that I had already been waiting for half an hour, and asked if he could help me, he simply told me that he was busy and directed me to someone else. Only after it became clear that I was frustrated did he take me to Christopher, who was available and finally fitted the screen protector. I appreciate that Christopher completed the task, but his attitude was not particularly friendly or welcoming either. I had to ask him several times to clean the screen properly. Although he did so, he appeared irritated by my requests rather than making me feel that he genuinely wanted to help. Overall, the lack of organisation, excessive waiting time, poor communication and unhelpful attitude of the staff made this a very unpleasant experience. I expect much better customer service from Apple, especially considering its reputation. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly affected my impression of the Apple Store at the Trafford Centre, and I would hesitate to recommend it to others.

  Told to sit and wait for them to bring my phone out after being fixed, they didn’t even know my name or any info, there were 4 of them stood around throwing microfibre cloths at each other and joking around instead of helping the multiple people waiting for assistance. 10 minutes later had to walk back over and ask if anyone’s free for the arrogant girl who told us to sit down and wait to say ‘all of us’ and look at all the other guys she’s stood with and laugh… you’re on shift your not on a speed dating show😅
