- KWKamran WarraichAug 25, 20261.0Been here to get an apple product on finance the staff here dont really know what to do ,they have made me put details on their sytem for credit check at least 10 times and it says you are eligible but their software dont work properly so they made me enter personal details at 11th time and its rejected me although i have excellent credit history.wasted all my day without explanation
- TBTheo BellAug 22, 20261.0This is the worst service I have ever received. Nick was unhelpful but Sophia was rude, aggressive, insensitive, dishonest and completely unwilling to help the situation. I am so disappointed and shocked. I have never encountered somebody with such a chip on their shoulder. I suggest this individual looks for a career that isn’t public facing. Claire, who I eventually spoke to, was very compassionate - although unable to help. I have made a formal complaint and am keen for this to be addressed and for the individual in question to not be allowed to behave like this.

I went there for battery change and told me that we can’t replace until you have 79% battery health. Even if you are paying for this. Book again your appointment when your battery showing 79%. I asked to apple support assistance they cleared me that there is no any apple policy and I was treated very unprofessional by this Trafford Store.
