Went to tesco phone shop in Leigh for new Samsung . Was served by Mark who was knowledgeable and attentive. He transferred all my stuff with ease and obvious experience. When I had to return due to a technical problem Mark sorted it straight away. He has a very long service history and I do hope he gets the respect and accolades that he so obviously deserves. WELL DONE MARK THANKYOU SO MUCH
