  I had my PS5 controller sent in for repair for stick drift, very easy process since the Tech Centre is partnered with CeX therefore I was able to directly drop off and pick up my controller from there. Very pleased with the repair that was carried out as well as the 2 year warranty that is provided. The only thing I have to note is that after the repair was carried out the controller lacked recalibration to reset the sticks. But after a quick and easy recalibration it works like new again! Highly recommend this Tech Centre for repairs

  I dropped my ps5 at this store for repair. Although they did fix it and provided two year warranty, however the total turnaround time was unacceptable. All in all it took 24 days for me to get the device back! Especially annoying that this store spent 11 days (Monday to next Thursday) to deliver the device to the tech centre, which was longer than the time needed to walk there! Don’t consider using CEX for a repair service if you strictly want the work to be done in 3 weeks

  It was really helpful and didn't take long to repair my white and red xbox controller. They both had an issue withsome of its buttons and the stick grips were falling off they were helpful enough to email back to me to inform me that if it was ok to replace the stick grips which I said yes and they are brand new really happy with there repairs done they really feel like it just came from the box
