  We used to have music battles with the lads at the CeX above us on Tcourt rd. This store is a national treasure for teh UK. And I am an American saying that. Whatever nonsense anyone else might say about these guys, they are now an institution. Back then esp for all us hardware guys who didn't/don't want to be ripped off and have the brains and balls to make our own kit eg workstations, servers, whatever. I hate the pile on effect of 1 star reviews to a small business so I'm leaving a 6 Star review for all my buddies there from 1999 to 2002 who built the foundations for this great little UK company right there on Tottenham Court rd bless em And hey kids you don't know what you got til its gone. You can take the piss all you want but CeX saved my ass big time plenty of times and I'm talking about big jobs that had to get done no excuses late nights and weekends type deal. Feel me?   Took my drone in for a warranty test and quoted 10 HOURS!!! All that was wrong with it was it was bound to another account! An hour max!!! absolute liberties get taken here. The store manager is incredibly rude and not willing to help. The sales assistants seem happyto help. Took my drone to the cex rathbone and they quoted a day!! In the end Took it back to wood green who sorted my issue in less than 30 minutes!!

  Went in to sell my used GPU, Ion was the person taking care of it, he was really chill and quoted exactly as what was on website. Went in for testing came back 30 mins later and was all finished. Some reviews are not great on here but writing this to show that my experience was good and their service was good too!
