  Treated awfully from start to finish, went to buy a monitor, was told they test for dead pixels and backlight burn etc.. and i was assured there wouldnt be any dead pixels. As i went to buy the monitor, they could only show me it being turned on, nothing plugged into it, nothing on the screen and they showed me this from the floor behind the front desk!!!! Of course when i got home i spotted a dead pixel. While attempting to return the monitor the next day, i was told i can only get a voucher. They told me the monitor was fine because there needs to be at least 4 dead pixels before theres an issue. This should be stated upon purchase, as it leaves customers in the dark about the quality of device they are buying. I had to talk to the manager, seems she has been let down by her staff, be very careful buying anything here.
