Ordered and paid for a sim card online. Requested it be picked up in store. Email confirmation it is ready to be collected. Went to store no sim to be collected or any other assistance in the form of a solution. Make of that what you will.

I went my a problem in my sim card. (3 years with 3 here in Uk and 10 years with them in Ireland. My sim wasnt working properly and i had to get a new sim. As soon as i got in the store the girls with angry face opened the door asked me to sit. The other one came and asked me for documents to change my sim. I gave my irish passport card. She said “we dont accept other driving license only UK one” I said its actually a passport card. She called the manager that just said NO. I left the shop and got changed to EE just beside. They were helpful and my Irish passport and bank card were all accepted. Three network unfortunately specially in Uk is horrible customer service and support and this store people work with angru face and dont bother to help at all. In the end of the day i was their client and my sim card stopped working and they should have checked my details and just exchanged my simcard. They just lost a customer and plus ny business account is also with them. I will make sure to go to EE and exchange that too

This network is absolutely HORRIBLE I honestly wouldn’t even wish this on my enemies I hate it sooo much they over charge you cos they feel like it and still give you RUBBISH network it makes feel like I wanna die at times cos it always starts playing when I need it most honestly this is the most horrible and disgusting and annoying network. And also they make up amounts to ur monthly payment where as you’re supposed to be paying £13 per month be they charge you £20 the next few months SHUT THIS NETWORK DOWN IMMEDIATELY PLEASE even Tesco mobile is better than this rubbish useless network
