Because the staff was refuse to pay for on £20 for topup with SMS text phone with it! I am disabled for deaf, I'm gotta use text on my mobile. It needs to topup £20 on text message phone only. But how to chat with my ex-girlfriend, Victoria Franklandiala from Glasgow (Scotland)? She said card only; there is no longer pay branch no cash pay-as-you-go. I'm pretty big disappointed, no way to get on with it topup the way to it is. What a shame!! I buy o my phone by 23 years now... No longer exists to pay by bcash to topup as made it. :(
