  Hamid and the team are really helpful had a few issues that I was unhappy before I came and was able to sort it out quickly despite me being rude at first very respectful and helpful store

  had an excellent experience at the Three store in Wood Green, thanks to Argjend. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained all the options clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Nothing felt rushed, and he answered all my questions with patience and expertise. His friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It’s not often you receive such outstanding customer service, but Argjend truly went above and beyond. A real credit to the Three team in Wood Green — thank you for making the whole experience smooth and stress-free!

  I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at Three Store Wood Green. I was served by Sergio, and his behaviour was completely unacceptable. I politely asked him, “Can you do me a favour?” and his immediate response was simply “No,” delivered in a rude and dismissive tone. He then continued to give me attitude throughout the interaction. When I told him he couldn’t speak to me like that, he responded — and I quote — that he can and that he speaks however he wants. I was absolutely furious. No customer should ever be spoken to in such a disrespectful and arrogant manner. His behaviour completely spoiled my day. It was clear from his attitude that he feels he can get away with treating customers this way, which is extremely concerning. I asked to speak to a manager. Sergio said he would speak to him, but I strongly doubt he did. When I did speak to who I believe was the manager or assistant manager, they were very dismissive of my complaint and did not seem interested in properly addressing the issue. This experience was shocking and deeply unprofessional. I expect Three to investigate this matter seriously. Customers deserve basic respect and courtesy. Sergio should not be allowed to treat people in this manner without consequences. I would appreciate a proper investigation into this incident and a response explaining what action will be taken.

  Even 1star is more for her service , she literally asked me to wait for 25minutes without having any customer in the store and she was very rude and racist that she asked me are you an Asian , then I said yes and she gave me a cheap look towards me and asked to wait, literally I waited 25minutes and she was simply browsing mobile without serving me and later on another guy came and he served me. Her name is AnaCarina ( it was mentioned on her badge).
