  Tenho o chip a 6 meses. Fui nessa loja pedir um plano melhor e comprar um aparelho novo. O atendente falo que não poderia vender pra mim porque não falo inglês . E não poderia explicar. 2026 tem tanta tecnologia nós telefones. Infelizmente eu saí e comprei outro celular e planos em outra loja .

  After my phone died with no warning, I went in-store to ask my options. Hazel sorted me out immediately with the right deal, really efficient and professional, much better than dealing with online chatbots. Took away a lot of stress, great service.

  My specific experience is trying to sign up for broadband with this company, which has been absolutely awful. My credit score on Credit Karma is 614/700 which is considered "good" and i've got enough money in the bank to pay their £29 a month broadband for many, many years + i've never taken any loans out or missed any payments on anything. And yet they rejected my application for broadband with no reason given. Then when I went to email them for a reason, they just told me they also cannot disclose the reason which tells me it could be some kind of discrimination. And all in the package of what is likely to be AI automated responses showing how little they actually care about the customers who can get through and pay for one of their packages. Discriminating against people for what SHOULD be considered a basic utility everyone needs in this day and age - on the same level as electricity, gas, water etc should be illegal and I don't know how this is even allowed under current jurisdiction, but here we are. Now people who desparately need the internet for work, but have alternative sources of income such as being self employed can't even get the service they need to make money in the first place. This is pure insanity. Give your money to a mobile sim unlimited plan instead and put that in a separate router. You'll save money from their scummy business practices like upping the price every April in the hopes you forget too!!
