  A Life-Changing Experience at Eagle Eye Surgery All my life, I have been terrified of needles, which made any kind of medical procedure a challenging experience for me. However, when I had my first blood test with Delia (HCA) at Eagle Eye Surgery, I was pleasantly surprised. Delia's professionalism and care were evident from the moment she started the procedure. I didn't even realize when she had finished; it was done so smoothly and efficiently. Her gentle approach made a huge difference, and I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process. I am truly grateful for the excellent care provided by Delia, and I can confidently say that my fear of needles has been greatly reduced. Thank you to the team at Eagle Eye Surgery for making this such a positive experience!

  They kept saying they attempted to call me twice but only once at 9am with a voicemail stating they will call again. Whole day passed without a call, called up to find out more information to a long queue with rude staff to be informed I was called twice. Managed to get a date on when they will call but no time, expecting to be in the morning but instead get a call at 3pm. Try calling back to be in a queue for over an hour to get the response that multiple calls was attempted. Now I'm filling up another eOnline form for the same issue, just seem like these people dont want to do their work or job. Would be ideal to be given a specific time period, instead of saying be free all day...Without any time period I'll book

  I've been trying to contact them and spent half an hour with my call held on queue. When they finally pick up, I heard the recepcionists talking to each other, and despite I was saying hello can you hear me and after 2 min they just hung up the phone. Honestly the service in this GP centre has been horrible, they treated me without care at all when I went there last time and they rushed me out. They are rude, they literally ignore you and when I finished I was waiting for them to open the door, that was locked and they just told me "you are done, go"...
