I contacted Aspray London to help us following a leak under our basement flat. Audrey and Palak in the office were really lovely, efficient and accommodating and kept us updated rrally clearly with the process which was all new to us. Jo in charge of the assessment and remedial works was very experienced and reassuring and ensured the works would not be done during our son's GCSEs! The workmen were very clean and hard working and once they knew the work had to be done by a certain date, they made sure all was finished. The whole team at Asprays London were very professional and experienced and easy to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I'm really glad I chose Aspray to handle my escape of water insurance claim. It was complicated and there were multiple leaks so it took a while to fully resolve but having Audrey and Palak on the case took a massive weight off my mind, knowing that things were in motion and progressing steadily along towards completion.

My wife Sally and I are absolutely delighted with the work of Aspray in dealing with a water leakage related claim from start to finish. We have been in this house for 35 years and I can safely say that we have never had such a good team working for us as Aspray. The workmen have been professionally perfect, hardworking, tidy, very polite and respectful of the property. The Aspray headquarters team have very successfully taken ally the pain out of this unfortunate water related claim acting with great skill and efficiency . V
