  Samir was very friendly and helpful. He arrived the next day after I called and checked my coffee machine, fixed some parts and issued the PSSR certificate the following morning. Great communication, quick turnaround, and a very reasonable price. I can recommend him!

  Samir is the most helpful, polite and knowledgeable coffee engineers I have had the pleasure to work with…Simply superb.100% recommended. We have tried a few London coffee machine “experts” in the past who were pretty incompetent and expensive. Our La Marzocco Mini was diagnosed and fixed within 4 hours of enquiry. I called Samir, the problem was diagnosed from previous experience working on the machines. He had the part he believed to be faulty, arrived on site, serviced the machine, fitted the part and back up and running. We will always use 123 Maintenance from now on… You think saving a few quid is worthwhile, the expertise is worth every penny. Thanks Samir, you truly are a legend in our lifetime.

  I honestly can’t thank brother Samir enough. I was having issues with my bean-to-cup machine, and he patiently talked me through everything over the phone, step by step. He went through each possible issue, ticked them off one by one, and managed to get the machine working perfectly without even being there. What truly stood out to me was his genuine care his exact words were that he’d save me money wherever he could. That says everything about him and his company.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

  My coffee machine was over 10 years old and was struggling in many areas. Nobody would touch it because its a "semi-professional" machine - meaning that although it is for domestic use, it is built from commercial parts. Commercial companies didnt want to bother with it, and domestic companies couldn't handle it. Enter Samer...he was fantastic. Drove an hour to pick it up, created a detailed schedule of the parts I would need, stripped it back to a shell then rebuilt like new. All for a fantastic price. I would recommend him to anyone struggling with their machine. I've been using various companies with varying success over the past decade and no-one has come close to the service he provides: the quality of the work, his friendly and professional attitude, and the price. Thank you Samer!
