  Amazing job, amazing team. Efficient and organised. Three Luton vans, lost count of number on team and all moved out across two days to move us 460 miles from Kent to Scotland. 5am start, they cracked on. Everything delivered same day, where we wanted and without any hassle. Lovely team, would highly recommend.

  We would highly recommend Mandy’s Movers. Ben came round at short notice to provide us with a quotation and was very understanding of our situation and able to explain what happens in a simultaneous exchange and completion. We had 3 quotations from removals companies and all prices were similar; we chose Mandy’s as we felt they offered a more personal service. We had a provisional move date which he kindly pencilled in, but we were unable to book a date until the week before the proposed date. There was no pressure to make a firm booking or pay a deposit before we were ready. Ben just kept in occasional contact, helping to reduce some of the stress of the situation, and we booked as soon as we could. On moving day the whole team were fantastic. They got everything loaded quickly which allowed us lots of time for final checks and cleaning. We didn’t get our keys until about 3pm but we didn’t feel rushed at all (and I’m sure on a Friday evening they would have been keen to finish!). They delivered and knowledgeable and professional service, and were a really nice team of guys to deal with.

  It's a shame I'm having to write this but we were very unhappy with the service my daughter received from Mandy's Movers. It was meant to be a simple quick job but we would have been better hiring our own van and doing it ourselves. The guys arrived with no tools to dismantle the furniture and no mattress protector. They used my daughter's tools which weren't the right ones so the bed has been damaged. It was only half a van load but they took ages to load it, spending much of their time on the phone and then had to go via the storage unit to get the mattress cover which took even more extra time. When I phoned to complain I was told the wrong van had gone to the job! Ben apologised but didn't seem to be bothered that a very unprofessional job had been done and a client was unhappy. I felt very let down and will not be using this company again.

  Thank you so much to James and partner for delivering all of our furniture. The guys were absolutely amazing, went above and beyond. Moving all of our furniture (even going through the back way) placing it where I asked. Super friendly and professional! Will call when we move again 🤣. Thank you both so much, really appreciate you both and I'm truly grateful!
