  Great Service from start to finish. Ian was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Kept informed throughout the order progress up to the installation. Really pleased with my blinds, that look very stylish. Even went back to order more and change others within the house because I preferred the cassette finish, rather than just a plain roller blind. Also ordered Shutters for my Son's room as he did not want blinds. I would 100% recommend L&B Blinds and Shutters

  I looked at a few blind companies before I went for L&B blinds. I found the customer service to be best at L&B. Ian was really helpful but did not put me under any pressure whatsoever, unlike other companies. Dealing with L&B blinds was really straightforward as Ian was knowledgeable, personable and professional. Ian fitted wooden venetian blinds for me in my living room, hallway x3 and 2 bedrooms and a roller blind in the kitchen. He did a thorough, neat job and did not leave a speck of dust after drilling. I am really happy with my blinds and I recommend L&B and would use them again. The products and work are fairly priced.

  Ian has been amazing from start to finish. He is very responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns. He kept us in the loop when there were delivery issues with the supplier (outside of his control). He was honest an transparent and also passed on the discount to us that he received from the supplier due to their delays. He is considerate and careful when installing the blinds. I highly recommend him. Excellent customer service and value for money.

  L&B blinds fitted our home with Venetian blinds. Ian and the team were nothing but professional and efficient from the start to finish and we felt completely at ease with having Ian in our home. We are over the moon with the end result and would highly recommend L&B blinds!
