  My bathroom window lock just stopped working, I couldn’t lock the window, so I took a stroll past The Glass Shop in Welling and noticed they had locks in the window, I wasn’t hopeful but I thought I’d ask anyway, to my surprise they said they can order the exact same lock for me and it will be with them in two days, two days later they phoned me and told me it was ready to be collected. I’ve picked up the lock, which was a perfect fit, (I struggle to change a lightbulb and still managed to fit it in 10 minutes). The staff were very helpful and gave me good advice, the price was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend The Glass Shop.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was great, the installation was professional, and the glass panels for our cabinets look absolutely beautiful. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend this company.
