I’ve just had one of my bifold window panes replaced by Matt, Josh and Clarke, they’ve been amazing from measure up to installation, keeping me informed and ensuring it went as smooth as possible. The order arrived in less than 2 weeks and the price included the Toe and Heel adjustments. I found this company on google and was impressed with their ratings, I’ve left this review so others feel confident selecting this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to instruct them for other needs as they arise. Fantastic team and thanks very much indeed!

My bathroom window lock just stopped working, I couldn’t lock the window, so I took a stroll past The Glass Shop in Welling and noticed they had locks in the window, I wasn’t hopeful but I thought I’d ask anyway, to my surprise they said they can order the exact same lock for me and it will be with them in two days, two days later they phoned me and told me it was ready to be collected. I’ve picked up the lock, which was a perfect fit, (I struggle to change a lightbulb and still managed to fit it in 10 minutes). The staff were very helpful and gave me good advice, the price was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend The Glass Shop.
