  I agree with Catherine Fred this is a very unreliable service. They will find excuses to why they can’t come back. I have no patience and energy the job wasn’t done properly from last August and they had to come back, which took weeks for their return. The job took ages to rectify and as a gesture of goodwill they offered a garden tidy for free. Which I’ve asked to use, but again it’s taken ages to arrange and has been one excuse after the next. Up till now the weeds have been growing through places where they supposedly cemented and weeds have grown all around the artificial grass and through the meshing which they laid. So I was relying on them coming back, but I’m not surprised by this delay when this has happened before. That’s one thing that really frustrates me is unreliability which has lead me to this review. Go somewhere else for any garden service, you will be waiting till the cows come home. If you do use them I’d suggest paying them only a portion of the total, as guaranteed they’ll be something that needs redoing and then you’ll be waiting a lifetime. So you might as well go elsewhere! I am so annoyed to say the very least. This service is very disappointing and has ruined my weekend.

  I couldn’t be happier with the service from Marshall Meadows. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly hard-working. They completely transformed my garden along with maintaining it and keeping it looking as good as it did when they first completed it, I couldn’t be happier! 5 stars all the way.
