I have wasted an hour to get to this store as this the closest store and I was very disappointed with their customer service. If you can choose another provider don’t hesitate and avoid this store in particular.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with a dismissive attitude, and the way I was spoken to was rude and unprofessional. There was no attempt to listen to what I needed or offer any real help — just an unwelcoming, condescending tone throughout. Customer service should be about respect, patience, and actually trying to assist people, but that was completely absent here. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected, which is not what I expect from a Three store. I'd think twice before visiting this branch again and would recommend others do the same unless this attitude is addressed.

We sit we speak we are heard/probably asked for clarification/ sound and silence so music. They inside /come sit again/we deal/we leave/content with a smile no matter how it went. Incidentally the radio was always on/so marriage of sound/again music. Well its a phone shop expect no less.
