  IVE been here a lot. Nice but YOUVE sold me a game that DIDNT work it gave me the PS2 Red Screen of death. Good shop but please check your games you get.

  I had a credit voucher from CEX, after selling my old games and consoles. We used the voucher towards the purchase of a Nintendo switch. Chris took us through a number of options ranging from , used , not used hardly used. He was patient and showed us the flaws where applicable. In the. End we chose a really decent Switch. I was hesitant as they only provided a 2day returns policy. That said it’s nearly 3 weeks the the console is working perfectly. I think as customers we have to be discerning that we are going into a seconds seller. For us we had experienced staff who provided us with real sound advice. I would purchase again. My only suggestion is to have a7 day return policy - it gives people a chance to purchase games for their consoles znd try the product at home. We had to buy the games on Saturday afternoon which was a bit of a rush. But otherwise all good.

  I purchased a Benq coding monitor from them about 5 weeks ago, precise grading, and it was like-new condition as described. The person who assisted me was exceptionally helpful and patient, accommodating all my requests. He allowed me to thoroughly inspect the monitor before making my purchase and took great care in repacking the item afterwards. Was more than happy to buy from him. Easy access to the multistory carpark too, as the item was quite heavy this helped.
