There is no excuse for the attitude shown by the Tesco Mobile staff member. I was spoken to rudely and dismissed when asking for help. Saying ‘it’s not my problem’ shows zero customer service skills. Tesco needs to seriously review who they employ.”

Matt! What a sound guy!!! Helped me from start to finish! I’m not tech savvy in the slightest and Matt helped me with every little detail. I must have gone into the store every day for a good month as I was still so confused and not once did Matt get frustrated or impatient with me when he had to repeat himself when I had forgotten what he said. He even wrote things down for me! If that isn’t top tier customer service…then I dunno what is! Also big up to Luckas who also helped me loads when Matt wasn’t in on the days I came in 😁 Thank you for looking after this daft mere! Haha 😜 xoxo
