If you sre living nearby or in Sutton, choose them for your phone/SIM related issues. They definitely deserve 5 stars! The store locatee on the High Street so easy to access. Thank you guys!

The man dealing with us was more interested in getting me to change from my current contract then to recommend her a suitable deal. He would not stop asking questions of my current contract when I did not go in for my self!! Secondly the deal he suggested £11/m for 8gb was beaten by their own website. Pathetic service, I complained to the manager at the till who frankly said these are company deals etc, I get that they can only offer so much but rude and non caring hard sell tactics are not company regulated, these are up to the people in the store which in this case are really poor at customer service!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Ps vodafone store 2 min walk away were happy to give 100gb for £10/m and the guy we dealt was amazing!!!!!!
