  My Homecare Surrey provided excellent care to both my parents over many years. Mum was first in their care after her Alzheimers became too much for our Dad and us as a family to manage alone. At first Dad was reluctant to get help as he worried it would be like a load of strangers traipsing through his home. He was much more relaxed after he met some of the staff as he said he could see they were not at all like that. Dad was determined to keep Mum with him at home and My Homecare Surrey made this possible. Not only did they provide the most amazing care to Mum but they supported Dad through difficult times, offering advice, friendship and an opportunity for some respite when needed. Every member of the team that visited was so trustworthy, we as a family had no concerns at all about leaving Mum with them so Dad could get out for respite or family events. In fact Mum loved them all, of course she had her favourites who got the biggest smiles but the team became family. When Mum passed away, those who were able, attended the funeral not just as Mum's carers but as true friends. Sadly not long after Mum's death, Dad's COPD became worse and he was then diagnosed with lung cancer that had spread to his brain. He had, at our advice kept on My Homecare Surrey to support himself and his own health care needs and I know that through the most difficult weeks that followed, Dad wanted no one else to care for him. They were there for both Dad and us as a family right until his passing and despite it being incredibly difficult for them emotionally too, they were always incredibly professional. I really don't know what we would have done without them. Dad once described them as Angels and they truly are. I really can't put into words what an amazing team of carers My Homecare Surrey has. If you want the best care in your own home by professionals who really care about those they are looking after then you should give My Homecare Surrey a try.

  Couldn’t be more happier with the help my family had from “my home care” during such a difficult time in our lives, my home care goes above and beyond with your love ones to make everyone as comfortable as possible and also gave my grandad the respite he desperately needed while my Nan was so poorly, I highly recommend this company if anyone is going through I similar situation.

  Like many people, Dad was initially not at all keen on having 'strangers' in his home but Myhomecare staff took time to sit with and get to know him so that his regular carers became trusted friends. They truly cared and helped Dad stay in his own home much longer than he could have otherwise; we couldn't have managed without them.
