  David gave us the best customer service experience!! A couple of weeks ago myself and my two friends came into this store hoping to resolve issues we had with organising our WiFi for the past 4 weeks, we were so tired of it not getting fixed however David stepped in and helped us out. He was so kind and funny and not only finally got the WiFi we had been trying to sort for over a month, he made the entire experience better and actually fun. We are so grateful to him. (He should get a raise)

  pretty slow service. the guy david working there was shouting loudly with a bunch of girls and pretty much doing no work . no idea how he has a job there. the assistant manager Dario told him to be quiet and was friendly.

  Within 5 minutes of walking inside, I was set up with a plan cheaper and better than Nomad or any other company with coverage all across the UK and Europe. Even if you’re a traveler passing through London, this place is much cheaper and better than any app or DYI method

  Three is such a bad company there customer service is appalling they are always making errors when it comes to charging phone bills and they also do not offer good deals would not recommend this network to anyone!
