  Never coming back again. I wanted to sell my S26 Ultra, so I came at 11:50 and they rejected just because of a tiny crack in the frame when the phone was in good working condition. They’re so inconsistent here and their supervisor is rude. Credit to the guy who served me, he tried his best but I won’t be coming back to this store again. I wasted my day coming here only to get rejected. I wouldn’t recommend this store, I’ve always came here to sell stuff and had no issues with them until now. I will NOT be returning.

  NA-NA-NA-NA-NA It's the one and only CeX Stratford (Old Mall)! NA-NA-NA-NA-NA you've got to come here with the N-R-G! Rare items include: a Casio Calculator for only £12, a 1995 Sony PlayStation for £40 and a PSP Original for £105. Coming from a customer who visited recently. Also, the Pound City shop on the Broadway is selling Samsung 2000s flip phones for £30, while stocks are limited. Come all over UK to Stratz and you won't regret it.

  Serious grading issues with their stock A grades are supposedly pristine but their Apple Watch listed as A yet clearly had scratches and wear on it. This should be investigated.

  TERRIBLE. Best way to piss off customers, and nothing short of crooks. I had two, 3-months old monitors I wanted to get rid of. Got a quote through their online system, agreed it and booked the drop off. On arrival to the store (these are very bulky items), they were claiming 'they had no space' to take delivery despite having booked the drop off ahead of time. They then proceeded to further reduce the purchase price by 25% arbitrarily despite the email had a clear pre-agreed purchase price for the pre-agreed quantity. The following day, before paying me and after they checked and took delivery of the items, the store manager calls me saying that 'they made a mistake' and they need to further reduce the price by 25%. I am sure they operate these 'policies' with other customers well knowing that in a lot of these cases, once the customer is in store, he does not have much of a choice so they squeeze the customer to the last penny. Not only they ended up paying a fraction of what they promised, the way this company operates is nothing short of crooks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
