  Quick simple booking with Harminder helping us pick the correct car for our big day. There was no doubt we were going with Phantom Cars, we’ve have used them for family weddings for years and their service has always delivered above and beyond. Gush was our driver for our day, impeccable service and a great laugh. 5* star service as always, putting the passenger and clients first and making it super easy. Thank you for making our day so comfortable !

  Incredibly professional experience with RR Phantom Cars on my big day. They were the obvious option to go with and even with such high expectations, they still over delivered. The peace of mind you get when dealing with them is invaluable. They take care of every need, even aspects of the wedding they are not themselves involved in. The driver turned up earlier than expected and was ready on-site exactly when they said they would be. The experience in the car was best in class; incredibly comfortable despite the regal garms we were both in. Car was also stocked with water bottles, tissues and snacks with I thought was a nice touch. Driver went about their business in a very calm and composed manner, nothing felt rushed, always professional and calm. Even when the day was dragging on and the photo/ video session took longer than expected, the driver did not rush us once or mention anything about timings. Just made us feel that they were completely at our disposal. Really grateful I put my trust in these guys for my wedding, will never forget the experience they created on the day.

  We had the Beauford car for our wedding day. We wanted something classic and that’s exactly what we got. When contacting the company they were extremely prompt in responding and so helpful over the phone. We booked about 3/4 months in advance and all was booked and paid for immediately. Even though there is the option to pay a few weeks before your day, we chose to just clear the balance when booking. Obviously leading up to the day we had completely forgotten to double check whether the car was still booked, if it was coming or if there had been any issues. My husband phoned the morning of and we needn’t had worried! They arrived early and with water, fans and a lovely white ribbon on the car. So when you book, know that you are booked and don’t need to worry! The driver was so polite and helpful and not one complaint while the photographer staged us around the car and inside for our photos in the sun! Engaged really well with us and was just such a great experience. No worries or issues at all. A great service and a great company. If I need another car for any other event I will definitely be using them. We got married on the 5th sept ‘26 so haven’t got our photos back yet but when we have one of the car we will upload. Inside and out we’re immaculate! Such a beautiful car. I had got a few bits of grass from around the church into the car and panicked trying to clean the carpet but the chauffeur told me it’s no bother and not to worry at all and it was fine! Honestly a great company and I can’t recommend them enough!!!! Thank you guys for a great service and beautiful car.

  Absolutely outstanding service from RR Phantom Cars! From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make our wedding day even more special. You can clearly see how much pride Harminder takes in his company and in making sure every customer receives the highest level of service. Our family has been using RR Phantom Cars for the last decade, and they have never once let us down. Their consistently exceptional service is exactly why we continue to trust them with our most important family occasions. Once again, they delivered everything perfectly for our wedding day. Our chauffeurs, arrived perfectly on time, suited and booted, looking extremely professional and ready for the occasion. He was polite, welcoming and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and looked after throughout the journey. The Rolls-Royce was absolutely stunning—immaculately clean, luxurious, elegant and a real showstopper. Everything was on time, on point and delivered to an exceptional standard. RR Phantom Cars are not just a luxury car-hire company; they are a team that genuinely cares about their customers and does everything possible to make their special occasion unforgettable.
