  I live abroad and I had a burst pipe flooding my tenants. I called Waterseal and attempted within the hour. Turned off the water and replaced the damaged pipe. They informed me all through the process. Thank you 🙏🏻

  Called with a washing machine leak and had someone there the same morning. Adrian was helpful and sorted the problem. He also noted the sink was blocked and fixed that too whilst he was there. Would definitely recommend

  This business is extremely good quick and professional, I called them at 13:00 regarding a blocked sink and the problem was fixed by 15:00!! No word of a lie when I say they are good at their job and worth every single penny they charge. They also free advice on how to prevent these blockages in future.

  Easily the worst experience we've had with tradesmen to date. Only approved reviews allowed on company website so leaving this here. One of the workers waited in van drinking and urinated repeatedly on garages of other residents on the block. When asked to stop he was verbally abusive to the residents, physically threatening and tried to obstruct us from getting back to our flat. The office had asked that we respect social distancing but this man was drunkenly squaring up to provoke a fight. Called office and was told the man had just been fired yet he remained by the van and would not leave the estate. We note his photo is still on the company website. The office then charged the card details initially provided on our first call which they had said were only for security and not to be used for payment. The card declined so the same man entered the block and paced up and down the staircase threatening we'd need to call an ambulance if we didn't pay. We were then given the bill of £260. This was to replace one Flexi pipe on a hot water tap. After almost calling the police on the man downstairs and explaining the rate had not been made clear, the bill was reluctantly discounted to £200. We agreed to pay this, the men all left and we then had to go and pour a bucket of water on the neighbours garage door and apologise to the other residents for the noise and aggravation. Please note, rates are not clear. £60 call out fee + £60 PER 30 MIN + VAT (+ Parts). These seem deliberately ambiguous to take advantage of people who need urgent help. This was an unpleasant experience after having spent a day at home with no water. Other than that we were happy with the work. Thanks to the young guy who got the job done.
