  Bad experience. Took my car in for repair. They had it for almost a week. When I rang they had not got around to fixing it because they were busy. No priority to when your car was put in. They would say it would be ready the next day only to be told that the engineer had gone home. Car wasn’t kept on site. Apparently it was stored at a local gym. I was always the one chasing them. They didn’t even take out the ETC card reader that I asked them to. Six days without my car. Rubbish.

  Good honest garage easy to deal with.Highly recomended, I changed to this garage recently as moved house & glad I found them.

  The garage is slightly misleading by claiming to be a Mercedes specialist. As they clearly are not. Especially if the work required is more than a standard service, they just seem keen on collecting diagnostics fee without actually finding any faults. Decided to take to Mercedes in Dartford and although the diagnostics fee was double the price . They found the issue and also quoted to have it fixed. So or else you have some really easy to do work like changing brake pad and servicing. Save yourself the bother and go to a real specialist or dealer.

  5th time I have used Wright Tech now (2 MOT and 3 services) and as always great service and very polite.

  Staff made me feel welcome. A member of the staff pre warned about my MOT due date. I immediately booked my slot. And less than a week to go, another reminder was emailed to me. On the day staff were engaging every step of the way. Precision due care and attention were exercise during the time spent in checking my car and I was very impressed and satisfied.
