  I had a really disappointing experience at the 3 Mobile store in Romford. I spent more than 1 hour and 15 minutes there trying to get an issue resolved, but unfortunately the issue was still not resolved when I left. To be fair, the sales adviser did make an effort and tried different things to resolve the problem. However, despite all that time, he was unable to resolve the issue. What was particularly disappointing was how the situation was handled afterwards. There was no apology or even acknowledgement for keeping me there for more than an hour and 15 minutes without resolving the problem. Towards the end, the adviser dialled a number to obtain some data for me to use for a few days, and as soon as he had done that, he simply walked away. What was even more worrying was that the store managers were present and were aware that I had been dealing with the issue for a long time. Not one of them came over to ask whether the issue had been resolved or whether I needed any further assistance. The problem was not resolved, and I left the store extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and professionalism shown. The lack of communication, ownership and basic courtesy made this a really bad experience. 3 Mobile should seriously look into what happened at this store and the level of customer service being provided.

  Went into this store last week to pick up a new sim as it would be quicker than 3-5 days by post. I gave my Id when requested and sat around waiting for 25 min. When I asked why the long wait I was asked if my driving licence was fake! When I got up to leave another assistant showed me his company tablet screen which showed that their system was going slow and showed other customers where in a queue like me. I’ve been driving in this country for over 40 years but I know I’ll never set foot in that store again.

  Very bad staff and service it seems that they have been working for the first day They couldn't even draw up a contract I do not advise you to go there's shit

  Excellent service today with a lovely man unfortunately forgot his name but he will remember me as he.mentioned my love.for the colour purple !
