  After searching through various florists in Richmond, I picked Pot Pourri Flowers Ltd and I’m glad I did. From the ordering to delivery it was faultless. I gave clear instructions for where the flowers were to be sent and they arrived on the day of the funeral. They looked beautiful; the white roses and blue flowers option.

  I ordered flowers on Sunday with next day delivery before 4pm as they asked on the website to make sure it goes through and gets delivered. Woke up the next day with this being cancelled at 9:33 am. This was supposed to be sent over to my friend so that she could receive it for her Birthday. The worst thing is that no explaining was even given for this cancellation.

  I ordered the flowers for my mum's funeral here and they were absolutely beautiful, I know my mum would have loved them. A special thank you to Dominic, who was so helpful and kind throughout the process. His support and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this florist for their beautiful flowers and excellent service.

  I tried to order flowers over the phone but received unhelpful, borderline rude service. I chose to order from The Bloom in Sheen instead and had a much better experience.
