However, today I was treated with great disrespect, and some of the staff were sarcastic towards me. I found this completely unacceptable because one of the employees initially told me that I would be getting a replacement device since the trackpad on my laptop was not working. When I came back an hour later, I was told that it was actually working and that all the data on my laptop had been erased. Staff need to communicate clearly and consistently. I have always been satisfied with the service in the past, but because of the very disrespectful attitude of certain employees today, I can honestly say that the level of customer service was extremely poor and, in my opinion, unprofessional.
