- ASArshia ShamimiSep 30, 20265.0Great experience buying games today. The covering store manager, Hannah, went out of her way to check the back for missing manuals and let me pick the best condition discs/manuals. She was super friendly and is a real asset to CeX.
- LMLee MatiasAug 20, 20261.0Handed in my ray ban metas to Richmond was told tests failed cause it wouldn’t charge or something. They work perfectly fine clearly testers don’t know what they are doing.
- LNLuke NicholsonAug 5, 20265.0Hannah, she was very polite and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with the info I was trying to gather. If only help was like this everywhere , London would be full of smiles.
- CCChildericJul 17, 20261.0I have visited this store several times, and the service has always been good. However, today I was treated with great disrespect, and some of the staff were sarcastic towards me. I found this completely unacceptable because one of the employees initially told me that I would be getting a replacement device since the trackpad on my laptop was not working. When I came back an hour later, I was told that it was actually working and that all the data on my laptop had been erased. Staff need to communicate clearly and consistently. I have always been satisfied with the service in the past, but because of the very disrespectful attitude of certain employees today, I can honestly say that the level of customer service was extremely poor and, in my opinion, unprofessional.
