  I have visited a lot of cex shops in my life. Even a few in Spain and Holland. Been trading with cex for about 15 years. I wanted to take the time to say well done on the people running this store. I thank them for treating me equally. Not judging me. And today the staff were so nice Hannah and her colleague. Went out of there way to help me secure an item where 1 was left in stock in the uk. I hope they are rewarded and the other nice people in this store. I see you I appreciate you. Thank you Keep up the respect and love. 🙏

  Great experience at CeX Richmond. We found the game we were looking for and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. They also mentioned that some orders may be available through Just Eat delivery, which sounds really convenient, although it’s probably worth confirming directly with the store as we haven’t tried that service ourselves yet.

  I sold my device to the staff and was told I will receive money the next day which is already unusual compared to their other stores. And online my device sells for £182 which is in A condition without any mention of a charger but the store quoted me £144 due to the lack of a charger. Disappointing but regardless haven’t received my money yet. No ETA on money and just zero means of contacting anyone. Plus I will now have to spend money to travel to the store and find out what’s up
