  Robert and his team carried out a repair on a flat roof. However I had a leak directly from the patch they repaired only two months later. I got in contact with them and politely asked if they could pop back when they were in the area and inspect the work. They kept promising to come back but never did. I chased repeatedly as months went on and there was no visit and they stopped replying to my emails. He eventually replied over 6 months later and was aggressive and unprofessional. It went over a year and I had to give up chasing them. Awful customer service and communication.

  Amazing experience from start to finish! Robert attended my property as promised and provided me with an excellent service, Everything was explained extremely well and I couldn't be happier with the new flat roof, Will definitely recommend to family and friends in need of a roofer!!!

  Phoned for a quote and promised they would phone back next day. Never heard back very unreliable.
