  Mr Sharma has acted on my behalf for property purchases several times now, and I can’t speak more highly of him. Professional, efficient, courteous, friendly and polite, but most importantly he gets the job done with minimal stress and uses his own initiative. At this point I wouldn’t use anybody else.

  Thank you to Barry! I had a lease transfer and buying shares to a buisness. I couldn't recommend him enough!! Dealt with all the emails, all the questions I had. It took longer than we thought but he still helped with great guidance and so patient. Thank you again!!!

  just completed a very stressful transaction to buy my first home last month. What added to the stress was the time scale of completion date which was due in 2 working days. My pervious solicitor let me down 3 days before completion date. I thought that i will definitely lose my 10% deposit. Then my brother took me to Author and co. During this transaction showed me the importance and the value of having a Great solicitor. Mr sharma by far and effectively managed my whole transaction in ver short period of time. Without any doubts i will only use Author and Co solicitors in future and i would recommend or anyone looking for a professional solicitor to handle your affairs with the utmost perfection. I would definitely use them in the future without any hesitation. I will never again trust any of these other firms where i will be treated like a file number rather than a human being. Thanks Mr Sharma and the whole Author and co team for a very great service.
